| Abstract: | the article analysises the problems and shows relevant solutions to the problems which appear during the teaching reform processes in local TVU. Under the background of computer net technology, the author places his emphasis on the necessity for TVU teachers to change their educational view and teaching skills . He also does some preliminary in this field. |
