| 摘 要： | 根据高职教育的培养目标,高职教育必须与职业资格证制度相结合,这种结合的最佳方式就是实行“双证书”教育。实行“双证书”教育,不但要打造一支“双师型”教师队伍和建设高标准实训基地,还要做好高职教育与职业资格证书的沟通互动,政府和企业与高职院校要共同对培养高技能人才负起责任。

| Abstract: | According to the cultivation objective of higher vocational education,higher vocational education must combine with professional qualification certificate system,and the best mode of which is to carry out "dual-certificate" education.The inplementation of "dual-certificate" education do not only need "dual-qualification" teaching staff and high standard training centers,but the communication and interaction between higher vocational education and professional qualification certificate should be achieved.The government,corporations and higher vocational schools should be responsible for cultivating high skill talents together. |
