单电源宽带放大器的设计与实现

摘    要:提出了一种采用单电源的高增益、宽带放大器.采用多个放大器阻容耦合的方式,有效改善了放大器的低频特性,提高了放大增益范围.以TI公司的低噪声电压反馈型运放OPA820ID作为首级运放电路,利用电流型运放THS3091作为末级放大电路,TPS61087DRC的DC-DC变换器作为末级运放电路供电,利用低功耗的MSP430单片机进行输出电压有效值和最大值的测量,并在LCD上实时显示.经过测试,在20 kHz~15 MHz频段上信号增益稳定、噪声小.

Abstract:The paper proposes a high gain and wide bandwidth amplifiers with single power supply. The low frequency characteristics and the range of gain are improved with several resistance-capacitance coupled amplifiers.In the experiment,the chip OPA820ID,an operational amplifier with low noise voltage feedback type,is used as the first operational amplifier circuits the current feedback operational amplifier THS3091 is used as the last stage;and the DC-DC converter of the TPS61087DRC is used to supply the power.The MSP430 of ultralow power Micro Control Units (MCU) are adopted to measure the effective and maximum values of output voltage,which are displayed simultaneously on LCD.Results show stable signal gain and slight noise on 20 kHz-15 MHz frequency band.
