| Abstract: | The basic principles of the criminal law played a great role in the making of the penal code.And the principle of crimes according to law has great guiding significance.This paper tries to explain its theoretical basis and historical development and give its definition and reasons.So some suggestions are given on the application of the principle of crimes according to law in the process of the making of and the application of the law. |
