| 摘 要： | 全球化最初是用来指称经济领域的现象，经济全球化的过程最初可追溯至资本主义经济兴起以及近代市场经济的建立。但是，经济全球化并非全球化的全部，其中还包括政治国际化、文化共同化。伴随着这一系列的全球化出现的同时又对这些领域进行规制的是法律全球化。法律全球化理论出现已久，但学术界对于法律全球化的有关概念却是众说纷纭，仁者见仁。本文将就有关法律全球化概念的一些观点进行阐释，并提出自己的一些看法。

| Abstract: | Globalization is a phenomenon used for,censuring economic field at first, the course of the economic globalization can be traced back to the capitalist economy rising and setting-up of modern market economy at first. But, the economic globalization is not whole globalization, among them include yet political internationalization, culture melt together. It is accompany these globalizations that the globalization of law comes into being, and it regularizes these spheres simultaneously. The theory of the law's globalization appears for a long time, but the opinions on relevant concepts of the law's globalization vary, no unanimous conclusion can be reached. This article explains some views on the concept of the law's globalization, put forward some one's own views. |
