| 摘 要： | 在全球经济高度竞争的格局中，企业发生风险事件的可能性要比以往大得多!正因为有风险的存在，才需要风险管理。我市民营企业风险管理落后的现状，影响了企业的可持续发展。为避免不必要的失败和失误，加强风险意识，建立完善的企业风险管理机制势在必行。
