摘    要:文章通过对广告行业、企业的调研,分析了高职广告设计人才的定位及其能力特征和培养特点,探讨了在“学校——企业——社会”三位一体人才培养模式指导下的广告人才培养的思路。提出了以就业为导向,以能力为本位,以多元智能理论为依据,以校企结合、校社结合为人才培养的基本途径的广告艺术设计专业改革措施。

Abstract:This article analyzes the position of the talents of advertisement design and its ability characteristics and fostering features in higher vocational colleges by investigating the advertisement profession and the advertisement enterprises. It inquires into the train of thought to foster advertisement talents guided by school - business - society talents training model. It also puts forward the reform measures of the specialty, which shows such basic talents training ways as employment oriented, ability oriented, pluralistic intelligence theory, the combination of schools and enterprises, and the joining between schools and society.
