| 摘 要： | 矿区服务因油而生、因油而兴。长庆油田从艰苦创业阶段到蓬勃发展时期，以及企业改革进程中，矿区服务系统作为“后勤部”，发挥了基础保障作用。在建设中国特色社会主义、全面建设小康的道路上，推进矿区服务系统改革，构建新型矿区服务管理体制，是中国石油科学发展、和谐发展的需要，是进一步深化改革、推进专业化管理、实施主辅分离、实现全面协调可持续发展的需要。

| Abstract: | The Mining services＇ birth and development are for and by the oil. The mining service system as a ＂logistics department＂ has played a basis for protection from the pioneering phase to a period of vigorous development of Cangqing Oilfield and enterprise reform process. To build a new mine service management system is a scientific development of China Petroleum and harmonious development in order to further deepen reform, promote the professional management of the implementation of the main auxiliary separation, to achieve a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development as well as to promote the reform of the mining area service system. |
