| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育培养各类高技能专门人才,高技能人才分为技术技能型、复合技能型和知识技能型三种类型。在分析了高技能人才培养模式的基本内容及三种类型高技能人才内涵特征的基础上,进一步探析了三种类型高技能人才培养模式问题。 |

| Abstract: | Highly skilled professional education and training in higher vocational institutes can be classified into three categories,i.e.,technical skills-oriented,composite skills oriented and knowledge skills oriented.Based on the analysis of the basic contents of training the mode for highly skilled personnel and of the connotation features of the above mentioned three categories of highly skilled personnel,this paper makes a further study of the three training modes. |
