模糊自整定PID控制在石英炉温度控制系统中的仿真

摘    要:在石英炉温度模型基础上,将模糊控制与PID控制结合,通过模糊自整定PID控制参数实现了石英炉温度控制系统的设计,并应用Matlab软件在Simulink环境下对石英炉温度控制进行仿真,结果表明:模糊自整定PID控制与常规PID控制相比具有较好的动态性和稳态性.

Abstract:This paper discusses a quartz furnace temperature control system on the basis of the temperate model in a quartz furnace,and the fuzzy self-adjusting PID control achieved by the in-tegration of fuzzy control and PID control, and it also explores the simulation of the quartz fur-nace temperature control in the Simulink environment using Matlab software. The results show that fuzzy self-adjusting PID control has better dynamics and stability than conventional PID control.
