| 摘 要： | 日本在20世纪末期对本国的成年监护制度进行了较大的修订。与日本的成年监护制度相比,我国现行的成年监护制度在被监护人的范围、监护方式、成年监护人的选任、监护监督、成年监护人的权利、本人的独立自主权等方面,还存在着一些差距与不足,所以有必要在借鉴他国先进经验的基础上进一步完善。

| Abstract: | Japan did not have a great revision of the adult guardian system until the end of the 20th century.In comparison with Japan,the adult guardian system has many shortages in aspects such as the guardianship scope,guardianship methods,choices of adult guardians,supervision of guardianship,rights of adult guardians and the adults' independence.It is necessary for China to further perfect the system in reference to other countries' advanced experience. |
