| 摘 要： | 高职院校的班主任的工作对象是成人大学生,充分发挥他们的主观能动性,是非常重要的。作为班主任在工作中要做到对学生关爱而不溺爱,与学生的关系要做到融洽而不庸俗,对学生干部的使用要放手而不撒手。让学生在自我教育中成长,实现育人目标。

| Abstract: | A teacher's working object is the adult college students,so how to exert their subjectivity is very important.As a teacher in charge of a class should concern students not cocker them;the relation with the students should be harmonious,not vulgar;the usage of the students cadre should be free,not let go.Therefore,Let the students develop in self-education,in order to realize,our cultivating aims. |
