| 摘 要： | 在当代民主社会。行政公正是社会公众的共同需求，是改善社会不公正状况的重要途径，是我国构建和谐社会的重要保障。文章简要分析行政公正的涵义及价值，阐发新公共行政、新公共管理、新公共服务等现代多元新公共学说对行政公正的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | At the contemporary democratic society, administrative justice is a society public of common need and it is the im- portant path which improves social unjust positive condition and it is our country set up to harmonize a society of important guaran- tee. It analyses connotation and value of the administration of administrative justice and exposes meaning of new public administra- tion,new public management,new public service etc modem theory of multiple new public administration. |
