| 摘 要： | 围绕高等职业教育培养目标与学生现状，对高职体育教学应进行改革。本在对高职学生进行调研的基础上提出：高职院校体育教学改革的思路应以调职教育培养目标为依据，针对高职学生的身心特点，设置新的体育课程系列，改革考核方式，为学生终身锻炼奠实基础。

| Abstract: | According to the training aim of Higher Vocational Education and the students' current health situation, the P.E. teaching program in Higher Vocational Education should be reformed. Based on the survey of students' daily activities, in this paper it's advanced that the reforming train of thought for the P.E. program should be determined by the training aim of Higher Vocational Education, and in accordance with the students' physical and mental characteristics, offer a series of new P.E. Classes, reform the assessment system, with a view to laying groundwork for the students' life\|long exercise. |
