| 摘 要： | 少数民族地区的高等音乐教育在社会转型中，即面临机遇，又面临挑战。少数民族地区高等音乐教育发展措施有：利用本土音乐教育资源，发展高校音乐教育；改变教育模式，适应第三产业的发展，培养适合新形势下的复合型人才；广西高校结合当地旅游资源发展音乐教育；广西高校实施“多元音乐文化教育观”的教育。建立具有中国特色的、广西少数民族特色的社会主义高等音乐教育体系。
