摘    要:“天然产物分离技术”本是生物技术、医药等专业的一门重要的必修课。近年来,随着天然产物产业迅速发展,天然产物分离技术的发展和应用成为新技术开发的热点之一,如今已成为食品专业的一门重要的专业选修课。该课程的知识点零散,且需要学生具有扎实的化学基础,食品专业学生要想完全掌握难度很大。因此,在给食品专业学生教学的过程中,要不断优化教学内容,使该课程能够被食品专业学生掌握并应用到科研实践中,取得良好的教学效果。

Abstract:Natural Product Separation Technology is an important compulsory course in biotechnology,medicine,and other majors.In recent years,with the rapid development of natural product industry,the development and application of natural product separation technology has become one of the hotspots in the development of new technology,and has now become an important elective course for food majors.The knowledge points of this course are scattered,and the students need to have a solid chemical foundation.It is very difficult for food majors to master them completely.Therefore,in the process of teaching food majors,we should constantly optimize the teaching content,so that the course can be mastered by food majors and applied to scientific research practice,and obtain good teaching effect.
