| 摘 要： | 密切联系群众是党的先进性的根本体现,是改革和建设事业不断取向胜利的根本保证,为此,执政党必须以“三个代表”要求为指导,维护好人民群众的根本利益,发挥好人民群众的积极性,从严治党,惩治腐败,搞好党群干群关系。
