| 摘 要： | 为对日益增多的定线制水域进行综合安全评价,以分道通航制水域的航行环境为评价对象,从航行危险度入手,建立评价体系.利用集对分析理论的多元联系数,确定综合评价分级标准.通过融合相容矩阵法和均方差法的组合集成赋权法,确定评价指标权重.应用模型对定线制水域进行综合安全评价,结果表明,该模型具有较好的实用性和可靠性.
