| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪初的美国高等教育大众化进程依然保持快速发展的势头,由于物价等因素促使大学收费标准持续攀升。美国政府为解决低收入家庭子女入学的棘手问题,构建了以联邦政府和州政府为核心、大学和其它社会各类组织共同参与的多元化大学生资助模式并取得了显著成效。其资助方式主要由奖学金、助学金、各类贷款、工读计划等多种形式复合构成。本文主要对上述内容进行了较为详细的阐述,以期为完善我国大学生资助体系提供相应的参照。

| Abstract: | The popularization process of American higher education still keeps a rapid tendency of progress in the early 21st century.However the factors such as price etc cause the continual growth of the standard of university charge.In order to resolve the urgent problems of children's entrance from low income family,American government established a various aid mode for college student,which are formed up by the federal government and state government as a core,and the universities and other social organizations as the participators.And these modes have carried out marked effect.The methods of aid are composed mainly of scholarship,grant,all kinds of loan,work-study program and so on.The article chiefly expounds the above contents at great length,and provides corresponding references for completing the Chinese student aid system. |
