| 摘 要： | 将跳水板简化为外伸梁，从生物力学的角度探讨跳水板在受外力时，跳板的力学特性，固有振动频率和人板系统的运动模式，为在运动实践中如何使人板系统协调配合提供理论依据和操作方法，为进一步研究跳水的动态性能，人板系统的运动仿真，跳水运动技术诊断，运动优化以及有关理论研究奠定良好的基础。
