| 摘 要： | 20世纪 80年代以来 ,新一轮的世界产业结构调整正在全球迅猛展开。在此次世界产业结构调整中 ,美国成为全球产业结构调整的领头羊 ;曾作为世界第二大经济强国的日本 ,在此次产业结构调整中却步履维艰。这里面的启示良多 ,其中包括产业结构不是一成不变的 ;必须大力发展高新技术产业 ;制度建设影响产业结构调整。我国应从中吸取经验教训 ,以便更好指导产业结构调整。
