教育均衡发展的困境与对策

摘    要:教育均衡发展包合着相互依存、相互关联并相互作用的三个层面的内涵。其核心是透过教育制度合理配置与扩大优质教育资源,促进每个儿童潜能最大程度的发展。教育均衡发展的提出集中反映了当前我国基础教育发展失街的现实状况、基础教育改革的基本走向以及追求教育公正的心理背景。然而教育均衡发展却面临着深层困境:化发展的无限性和个体发展有限性这一永恒矛盾,以及人“追求生命存在优化”理想的本性所导致的理想与现实的反差。突破困境需要在全社会树立“满足每个儿童的教育需求”的理想,并在思维、制度和教师成长等方面进行教育创新,从而实现跨越式发展,促进教育在区域、学校及学生等层面动态的均衡发展。

Abstract:The equilibrium development of education has three meanings: material, systematical and ideological equilibrium development, whose destination is that every child can have his potential developed as fully as possible based on equitable configuration of educational resource. But people often found themselves in a dilemma as they promote the equilibrium development of education because of the distance between the ideal and the reality. To have children's potential developed as fully as possible wherever and whenever, people must focus on every child's special educational needs, and have our education, such as educational system and teacher's development innovated.
