| Abstract: | In order to realize sustainable development in impoverished rural areas the advantage of resource should be made good use of to optimize the industrial structure and coordinate regional economy. The infrastructure construction should be strengthened, and the strategy of area prospering by science and education should be applied to increasing human capital. It is needed to extend open policy and apply sustainable development strategy, so that economy, population, resource, and environment would develop in harmony. |
