| 摘 要： | 就山东省乡镇中学体育教师继续教育的现状,对全省17地市乡镇中学的1 200名体育教师进行问卷调查,对100名教育主管部门领导和学校校长进行了专家访谈及信函的调查研究,意在探讨山东省乡镇中学体育教师继续教育的优化对策。指出山东省乡镇中学体育教师继续教育应从观念、模式、经费、课程设置等方面进一步优化,以更有效地培养体育教师的能力和素质,提高乡镇中学体育教师职业的可持续发展的潜力。

| Abstract: | Continuing education of PE teacher is the requirement of education for all-around development all-sidedly.Therefore,this paper adopts document,questionaire,expert interview and comparative analysis methods to research into 1200 PE teachers of village and township middle school in Shandong,and consults 100 leaders of administrative department and school masters.The purpose is to know about the present situation of continuing education of village and township middle school in Shandong.The result show it exists some problems and points some countermeasure research,the author gets weakness of continuing education and conducts countermeasure research.From the conception,pattern and expenses,course setting,organizational management,it points out that continuing education of PE teachers should be optimized.The purpose is to improve ability of PE teachers,occupational potential of sustainable development. |
