| 摘 要： | 跨国公司的档案信息具有重大的历史和社会价值,它们在公司记忆的形成过程中发挥着非常重要的作用,同时又是我们所处时代集体记忆的一部分,为我们当前的文化和社会认同的形成提供了重要的信息.文章从驱动因素、面临的挑战、当前的法规制度三方面阐述了跨国公司档案信息开放利用的情况,并给出了当前跨国公司档案信息开放利用的一些途径.
