| 摘 要： | 根据竞争情报系统绩效的影响因素选择相应的技术指标体系,在灰色模糊评价法的基础上进行改进,引入一种带有专家可信度的层次分析法确定各因素的权重,并运用此方法对企业竞争情报系统的绩效进行评价,构建企业竞争情报系统评价模型,得出评价结果。

| Abstract: | According to the evaluation factor for enterprise competitive intelligence system,the paper choose corresponding technical index system,then improve the grey and fuzzy evaluation,introduce a new method that put expert reliability into AHP to decide the importance of each factor,and use this method to evaluate the performance of enterprise competitive intelligence system,finally get the result of evaluation. |
