| 摘 要： | 研究实习支教行动在于更好地服务民族地区基础教育.调查表明,在实习支教准备、行进和评价阶段中,实习生对实习支教的教育教学理念、愿景和规划不清晰,缺乏有效地行动指导.因此,高师需要建立完善的实习支教体系,构建学生实习支教行动策略,强化实践教学环节,全面提高师范生的综合素质和适应能力.

| Abstract: | Research on internship practice of action is to better serve the basic education in minority areas.Surveys show that internship teaching idea,vision and planning is not clear,the lack of effective action guide during practical preparation,road and evaluation phase.Therefore,the normal university needs to establish a sound practice system of internship practice teaching,structure internships action strategies,strengthen the practice teaching segment,and improve the comprehensive quality and adaptability of normal students comprehensively. |
