| 摘 要： | 战略是历时较长的全局性的实践活动谋略,高校实施战略管理即是解答“建成一个什么样的高校”、“怎样建设这样的高校”的问题.运用战略管理是国际一流大学获得成功的法宝,国内高校实施战略管理现状同国际水平有一定差距,完善高校战略管理理论、提高高校战略规划的科学水平、构建高校战略评估体系是当前高校实施战略管理应采取的发展路径.

| Abstract: | Strategy management which is a long overall practice activity can solve the problems such as "building what kind of university" and "how to build such a university".The use of strategic management is a magic weapon of the international first-class university.There is a certain gap between the strategic management of domestic colleges and universities and the international level.So to perfect the theory of strategic management,improve the scientific level of university strategic planning,strategic evaluation system in colleges and universities is the development path of implementing strategic management in colleges and universities. |
