| 摘 要： | 职业技术教育作为澳大利亚教育体系中的一个重要组成部分,是针对社会成人和在校学生而设立的,受到澳大利亚及东南亚各国的各个阶层人士广泛的欢迎。其职业技术教育和我国职业教育类似,但是和我国职业教育相比还有一些区别。文章针对中澳职业技术教育特征,对两者之间的区别进行深入分析,以期为我国职业技术教育发展提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | The writer compares the advanced professional and technical education in China with those in Australia by analysing student’s source,student’s job hunting,teacher’s quality,teaching pattern,etc.The author puts forward some effective ways to solve the questions.At first,we should clear away bars between skill training and diploma,and let the students have chances to study further or to work.Secondly,colleges should cooperate with enterprises,which makes teachers and students have more practice opportunities.Thirdly,the old teaching methods should be reformed. |
