| 摘 要： | 随着资本市场对经济发展的作用不断增强,优化企业资本市场税收政策和改善资本市场环境成为完善税收制度的重点.该文分析了目前我国企业资本市场存在的问题,分析了税收对资本市场和企业资本结构的引导作用,并提出了运用税收政策调节企业资本市场的政策建议.

| Abstract: | As the capital market has more and more effect on economic development,the questions of how to optimize the taxation of enterprises’ capital market and its environment have become the focus of the improvement of tax system.The article analyses the relationship between taxation and capital market as well as the remaining problems of our enterprises’ capital market.It also puts forward some suggestions on how to adjust the enterprises’ capital market by means of reasonable use of tax system. |
