| Abstract: | There is some misunderstanding in the professional property of college management team,which has produced negative effects.Based on the principles of higher education,taking new concepts,improving the mechanism of administration,making employees have basic career skills,then promoting the professional quality of administration teams in universities and colleges,are important methods to solve the buckets effect in administration in higher education,which are also necessary methods to reform developing strategies of higher education. |
