| Abstract: | During college English teaching,based on the teaching self,This paper reveals the close relations between the theory of demand analysis of English acquisition and the quality of the college English teachers,and proposes the way of improving the quality of the college English teachers and perfect their direction and aims on knowledge construction based on the demand of the society and the students. |
