| 摘 要： | "创先争优"活动是党的先进性、党的宗旨和"三个代表"重要思想在新时期、新的历史条件下的具体要求和体现;是党在新时期、新的历史条件下党的建设工作的伟大实践与积极探索。组织开展"创先争优"活动对于当前加强党的执政能力建设、增强各级党的基层组织的凝聚力、战斗力,充分发挥党的各级基层组织的政治核心作用与战斗堡垒作用、充分发挥党员的先锋模范作用都具有十分重要的战略意义和现实意义。
