摘    要:当代中国基础教育学校正在从"近代型"向"现代型"转变,学校组织变革是人们关注的焦点.学校组织的特性诉求学校组织功能结构重建,重建后的学校组织功能应当是在满足受教育者发展的同时满足教师的发展;重建后的学校组织结构应能从多方面体现学校组织的特性和功能,成为教师健康、主动、真实发展的保证体系;学校组织功能结构的重建将带动学校组织文化、制度、机制等深层次变革.

Abstract:In the context of Chinese social transition,schools have been a focus in this reform,especially schools of elementary education.School is an organization,which has special value standard belonging to itself.What is the function of school as an organization? On condition that the functions are not only to meet the social necessities of cultivating the youth,but also to improve teacher development,which had been neglected,then school organization should be restructured to satisfy school's development,with its ever-changing function.
