| 摘 要： | 多民族国家是复合民族共同体，国家的统一、完整是由民族共同体的凝聚力所决定的。中国是统一的多民族国家，中华民族民族凝聚力的形成有着深厚的历史基础，我们党和国家的现行民族政策又使民族凝聚力不断增强。坚持各民族平等、团结和共同繁荣的政策，中国绝不会采前苏联那样出现国家解体和民族分裂。

| Abstract: | As a muti-national state is a community of compound nationalities, the unity and integrity of the state depends on the cohesion of the national community. China is a unified multi-national state. The formation of the cohesion of the Chinese people is based on substartial historical foundation, and the current poliey of our party and state is making the national cohesion stronger and stronger. So long as we adhere to the Policy of equality, solidarity and mutual prosperity of all nationalities, China will never be disintegrated with her nationalities splitted, as the former Soviet Union was. |
