体重超标人员3000m跑“低强度降脂”有氧训练模式研究

摘    要:运用数理统计法,对某部机关及直属队474名干部的基础性体能考核3000m跑和体型成绩进行统计得出,在3000m跑考核成绩不达标人员中有37人体型的体重指标超过合格标准的上限,占3000m跑不达标人员总数的64.91%,说明体重超标是造成3000m跑成绩不达标的重要影响因素之一。通过对文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法,对体重超标人员3000m跑成绩不迭标的原因进行分析,并结合研究对象的实际情况提出应对办法,创建“低强度降脂”有氧训练模式,为3000m跑训练的正确、有效开展提供操作层面的指导。

Abstract:This article studies both results of 474 military officers of one army unit in 3 000m running and bodily form in the way of symbolic statistics, and concludes that the number of overweighed officers who failed both in 3 000m rurming and bodily form is 37, accounting for 64.91% of total members who have failed in 3 000m running, which also shows overweight is an important factor that leads to fail in 3 000m running. This article, depending on methods of philology, experts interviewing and logic, analyzes reasons of above instance and puts forward some measures according to factual situation. In the end, the article establishes a aerobic training mode called Fat-reducing with low intensity, which can guide 3 000m running training in real operation.
