| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法,实地调查法针对影响运动员运动水平发挥的心理因素进行了详细的论述与探讨。通过运动员运动焦虑水平与运动成绩的关系,心理训练对于稳定发挥运动员运动水平的重要作用等方面,总结出在射击运动员平时的训练和比赛中应注意的心理问题,同时提出了具有实际运用价值的建设性意见。

| Abstract: | The author makes detailed discussion on the psychological factors that affect shooters's giving play to sports level by the methods of document data and the spot investigation.Through the aspect of the relationship between shooters's anxious level and sports result,and the important role that psychological training plays in steadily giving play to shooters's sports level,the author sums up some psychological problems that shooters should pay attention to ordinary training.Meanwhile the author puts forward some constructive suggestions that have practical applying value. |
