| Abstract: | With the respective statement of the internal development courses as to the definitions of sports and health, this article made an analysis of the internal relations between them. This article deeply studied school sports, social sports and universities competitive sports, discussing and exploring the questions as to how sports is combined with health, what questions sports can really solve in health, and how sports improves health. |
