| 摘 要： | 网络环境下高校学报面临的困境主要有:硬件设施参差不齐、编辑的网络意识不强、编辑的计算机技术不高、学报对网络办公定位不准等。为此,高校学报应抓住网络环境下的发展机遇,利用网络技术改善编辑工艺,提高学报的影响力,实现高校学报资源的整合和共享。

| Abstract: | Difficulties faced by university journals are as follows: inadequate hardware equipment;weak consciousness of the Internet on the part of editors;unsatisfactory computer skills of the editors;and incorrect positioning of web-based office work,and so on.Accordingly,university journals should seize the development opportunities provided by the Internet environment,improve editing skills with Internet technology to enhance the influence of the journal and realize the integration and sharing of the journal resources. |
