| 摘 要： | 终身教育是贯穿于人的一生的教育，它根据每个人不同时期的需要，以最好的方式给每一位公民提供必要的知识与技能及学习训练和自我培养的机会。科学技术的飞跃发展、经济结构的变化、现代生活方式的改革及人口结构的变化，给终身教育的产生提供了一种必要的、必然的条件与可能。因此，终身教育的理念应该为每个公民所接受，成为每个公民的自觉追求及个人发展的必由之路。

| Abstract: | Lifelong education runs through all the life of people.It can provide the necessary knowledge and techuique,the chance of study,training and self education according to people's different needs of different periods.The rapid development of science, the change of economic structure,moden living style and population struture provide the conditions and possibilities for the lifelong education.So the idea of lifelong education should be accepted by everyone and become their self-conscious pursuit.It is the only way of people's development. |
