| 摘 要： | 股票期权激励是消除“道德风险”,对经营者进行有效激励的较好方式。但目前,中国实施股票期权激励还存在着一些制约条件,针对股票期权激励机制中存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了解决的对策。
