| 摘 要： | 运动损伤的有效防范是高校体育教学面临的重要问题,项目特点和教学训练过程特征是影响影响损伤发生的关键因素.与一般院校相比,公安院校的警察体育课所涉及的体育训练内容比一般院校更多,学员不仅要从事基本体能训练、攀越障碍、擒拿格斗和射击训练,同时在教学训练过程中要突出技术动作的实用性和有效制敌的特性,具有较强的暴力和危险特征.本文从对公安院校警体运动项目特点和教学训练过程特征分析出发,探讨警体运动损伤的发生规律.

| Abstract: | The effective prevention of exercise injury is an important issue faced by the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities. And Features of each sports item and features of teaching and training procedure are the key factors which may influence exercise injury. The physical training contents in the PE courses of institutions of public security include much more items than that in normal universities. Their training items not only contain the basic physical training,obstacle climbing,capturing and wrestling and shooting,but also focus on the practicability of any skill and the efficiency of controlling acts ,which are more of danger and violence. Based on the analysis of the features of police sports and the features of teaching and training procedure, this paper ,tends to explore the pattern of exercise injurv for police. |
