| 摘 要： | 医学是一门理论严谨、实践性很强的学科，医学教育的最终目标是培养理论基础扎实、实践能力强、富有创新精神并具有健全人格的医学人才。传统的医学实践教学体系和管理模式不利于医学教育最终目标的完成，必须通过建立新的实验教学与管理体系和医学实验教学中心管理模式才能实现。阐述构建医学实验中心的必要性、构建方法和南阳医学高等专科学校的一些做法与体会。
