摘    要:以连云港化工企业为背景,构建了化工专业校外课堂、生产性实训一体化校企合作模式,并对其保障机制进行了研究。在教育实践中,对人才培养方案进行了重新优化,对课程进行了改革与整合。为了提高学生解决问题的能力,对创新能力培养方案进行了设计。2008级应用化工专业学生为期半年的课堂、生产实训一体化教学,取得了良好的教学效果。

A Chemical Engineering School- enterprise Cooperation Mode and Its Safeguard Mechanism

Abstract:Backed by the chemical enterprises in Lianyungang, this research aims at constructing a school - enterprise coop- eration mode characterized by an integration of chemical engineering classrooms outside school and production training. Be- sides, relevant security mechanisms have been studied. In the educatione,1 practice, a re - optimization of the personnel training program has been carried out with curriculum reform and integration. To develop students' problem- solving abili- ty, an innovative training program has been designed. Good result has been obtained after carrying out a one - term practice among the students of grade 08 majoring in Applied Chemical Engineering. Both the Industrial Park Administrative Commit- tee and the enterprises have given their full affirmation to the work.
