民族地区乡镇中小学教师专业发展的障碍

摘    要:教师专业化发展是我国教师教育改革的一个重要取向,也必将成为提高中小学教学质量的主要因素。通过个案调查,了解到民族地区乡镇中小学教师在教师专业化发展进程中遇到了一些障碍,本文从民族地区的教育基础和教师的基本素质、教育观念、专业发展意识,专业知识等方面所存在的障碍进行了初步探讨,以便提出相关策略促使教师专业化发展。

Abstract:Teacher's specialization development is the important trends of the teacher's education reform in china.And it also will be the main factor that improves the teaching quality of the primary and middle schools.Acording to the investigation of some cases,the author knows that the teachers coming from the primary and middle schools of the minority regiong's villages and town meet the handicap which exist in teacher's primary making,educational ideas,profession development's consciousness,professional knowledge and so on.The paper discusses the education foundation in minority region and the handicap in order to put forward the relevant strategy for the teacher's specialization development.
