| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化和我国加入WTO，专业英语对高职院校培养的高技能人才日显重要。本文在分析了我国高职院校专业英语课程开设情况后，阐述了高职院校开设专业英语课程的必要性，提出了开设该课程的注意事项，最后得出专业英语课程应成为高职各专业必修课的结论。

| Abstract: | With the economic globalization and China＇s entry into WTO, the importance of professional English is highlighted for the higher vocational college students. After a brief analysis on the current situation of the professional English course offering in vocational colleges, this paper explores the necessity of offering such courses in vocational colleges, puts forwards some matters that should be cared for in this process. And finally, it is concluded that professional English course should be considered as compulsory course in all majors. |
