| 摘 要： | 公示语又称标识语，是公共场所提供给公众看的语言文字，在实际应用中对公众具有指示性、提示性、强制性和限制性的功能。随着中国国际化步伐的加快，越来越多的外国人选择中国作为投资和旅游的地方。为了方便这类人群出行，公示语英译已经成为中国外宣翻译的重要组成部分，其翻译是否规范直接影响到中国的对外形象。本文探索了英语公示语的语言特点，总结了一些常见类型的公示语英译模式，希望对我国公示语英译尽绵薄之力。
