| 摘 要： | 新时期人民内部利益矛盾在政治领域表现出新的态势和特点。究其根源,除了生产力水平总体落后这个主源外,还有体制转换形成的规则真空和制度漏洞、民主法制建设滞后、思想价值观念多元化等次源。正确处理政治领域的利益矛盾,必须大力发展生产力;还必须着力加强党的执政能力建设,增强执政党的利益整合功能;加强民主法制建设,健全畅通的利益表达机制;加强思想政治教育,提高利益主体素质。

| Abstract: | Contradictions among the people in new stage puts up its own new situation and characteristic in political field.The reason is that,besides the low level of productivity,there are many other subordinate sources such as rule vacuum and imperfect system resulting from system transformation,lag of democratic law system construction,various the different values,etc.To deal with these contradictions properly,we should develop productivity rapidly,enforce Party's construction,strengthen the function of the Party's interest conformity and the construction of democratic law system,perfect and complete the expedite benefit system,strengthen the education of ideology and politics and improve the principal quality of benefit. |
