| 摘 要： | 体育校本课程开发作用于教师专业化发展方面,具体表现在:增建了相关的教师专业化发展制度,强化了教师的专门训练、进修意识和进修能力,扩大并提升了教师的专业自主权,有利于教师掌握体育学科方向,增加了教师的专业知识,提高了教师的专业技能和道德素养。这些变化都与教师的专业化标准一致,说明体育校本课程开发与教师专业化发展具有同一性。

| Abstract: | The development of the school-based curriculum is functioned on the terms of teacher' development of specialization,it is showed specifically on the following ways: setting up and improving interrelated system of the teachers' development of specialization,improving teachers' special training,the sense and ability of attending in an advanced studies,enlarging and prompting teachers' specialized rights of acting on their own,helping teachers,to catch the direction of P.E.course,improving the teachers' specialized know ledge,developing the teachers' specialized skills and morality.These changes are all conform to the teachers' specialized criteria,it shows that the development of school-based curriculum has the identity with the development of teachers' specialization. |
