| 摘 要： | 不同的运动负荷对人体免疫机能的影响是不同的。细胞凋亡调节着体内免疫细胞群的合适比例,制约免疫应答的过程及强度,决定免疫耐受和免疫记忆的产生。文章运用文献资料研究方法,探讨运动对人体淋巴细胞凋亡的影响,以引起广大教练员的高度重视。

| Abstract: | Different exercise degree has different influence on human immunity function.Apostosis adjusts the proper proportion of immunity cells,restrains the process and intension of immunity endurence and immunity rememberance. This thesis analyzes the influence exercise has on lymph apostosis and its possible function based on some documents and data,so as to make the most coaches attach importance to exercise. |
